Personal training helps you achieve your goals and train correctly under guidance. Here on Ocras Island you get exercises that are perfectly tailored to you and support you at all levels. You can also book online personal training and thus complete your training at home.

Back & Core Training

Training

I specialize in back training, back problems and posture problems, among other things. Muscular imbalances can be caused by one-sided loads in sports or in stressful everyday working life. These can lead to discomfort in the spine, often accompanied by changes in posture and movement, which can lead to injury. Here you will learn exercises to stabilize the trunk. There are really simple short exercises, both in the strength area and in the mobility that move a lot and often relieve pain or fix it completely.

Classes / Group Training

Training

Various back & core classes at Eastsound and Deer Harbor with theraband, fitness tube, exercise balls or small weights. Always in conjunction with core training and stretching exercises at the end. All the time a simple workout that anyone can do. You can also book each class online and join from home.

Training with Seniors

You can always do sports at any age. It’s just a matter of customization and professional guidance. The goal here is to strengthen the muscles through simple exercises in order to be able to freely shape everyday life.

Also, the focus is on the mobility and the cardiovascular system. A few targeted exercises 2 – 3 times a week are enough to get you fit for everyday life and possibly more.

I work with gentle methods such as using therabands, fitness tubes, gymnastics balls and small weights. Thus, the joints are protected, you get more muscle power at the same time and feel freer in the movement.

Through my help with stretching exercises you get more flexibility in movement and can release tension, for example in the neck.

Meditation

Bring more mindfulness into your life to open doors of awareness. Learn to perceive the breath better and let go of pressure. Feel into stillness and learn the first steps of mediation from the local to the non-local, starting with the breath, posture and appropriate environment. Meditation is the process of awakening to glide out of limitations.
