Training with Seniors
You can always do sports at any age. It’s just a matter of customization and professional guidance. The goal here is to strengthen the muscles through simple exercises in order to be able to freely shape everyday life.
Also, the focus is on the mobility and the cardiovascular system. A few targeted exercises 2 – 3 times a week are enough to get you fit for everyday life and possibly more.
I work with gentle methods such as using therabands, fitness tubes, gymnastics balls and small weights. Thus, the joints are protected, you get more muscle power at the same time and feel freer in the movement.
Through my help with stretching exercises you get more flexibility in movement and can release tension, for example in the neck.
