Back & Core Training

An easy workout for everybody to strengthen the back and abdominal muscles, training with strengthening, stabilizing and mobilizing exercises to prevent postural weaknesses and improve posture, with and without additional equipment, to make the back strong for everyday life. Finally, the main muscle groups are stretched.

Muscular imbalances can be caused by one-sided loads in sports or in stressful everyday working life. These can lead to discomfort in the spine, often accompanied by changes in posture and movement, which can lead to injury. Here you will learn exercises to stabilize the trunk. With regular participation, these exercises will have a positive effect on your individual movement patterns and overall posture.

Mediation

A gentle introduction to mantra meditation. For beginners as well as those already practicing. Even if you’ve been meditating for years, there’s always the chance for a new aha moment.

If you are new to mantra meditation, we will help you overcome the most common obstacles.

You start by centering your awareness, with a sense of readiness and bring peace into the now.

It is this connection that will determine your success with the mantra. In this way, you can integrate the subtle and profound effects of the mantra into your life and accelerate your inner and outer spiritual development, even if your psyche is not always aware of it.
